UK orders

We offer FREE shipping over £30 on all UK orders.

Our standard UK shipping option costs £3.95 and we use Royal Mail to safely deliver your parcel. Once your item is dispatched, it should take no longer than 3 working days to be delivered.

International orders

We offer FREE international delivery for orders over £140.

For European orders below £140, there is a flat rate of £7.50.

For international customers (outside of the EU), we ship orders below £140 for a £25 flat rate. 

Please be aware that due to Brexit new charges in regards to customs fees and VAT charges have now been put into place as items cross the border from the UK into the EU. You may be charged import VAT (estimated 20-27% of value), import duty (% depending on items orders) and a customs fee before being able to receive your parcel. You will have to pay on receipt of the parcel into the country, with payment to your local delivery company.

Returns

We are sure you will love your Skimono masks, but in case you decide to return it, we will be happy to give you a full refund if you send them back to us within 28 days. Make sure your masks haven’t been used or opened, and consider sending them back on a tracked service. We can’t refund shipping costs unfortunately.
