Take Some Time Out
It’s important to look after your mental and physical health and there’s lots of things we can do to improve our well-being – but for us, relaxation is key and we’ve been working a little “me” time into our days with a Skimono sheet mask.
Our tips for a relaxing 30 minutes:
Make sure your surroundings are relaxing and calm. Switch off TV’s, radio’s etc. and where possible switch your phone off. If there are persistent thoughts in your mind, get a notepad out and write them down, that way you can park these thoughts for your 30 minutes of relaxation time.
Pick a bio-cellulose face mask of your choice – we have a mask for anti-ageing, advanced moisturisation, and after-sun. Or if your feet & hands are in need of some care, these are perfect for a pampering treatment.
Gently place your mask on your face, hands or feet - feeling the replenishing serum enrich your skin.
We recommend leaving the mask on for 30 minutes but as the masks are so effective at keeping moist, you may want to leave it on for longer.

Try to focus on your breathing
